This is my own recipe of a hot homemade chilli sauce. It has come from many experimental batches. Some have been too hot, not hot enough or just plain horrible.
I still think its best to follow a guideline and experiment with different ingredients and quantities until you get it right.

This past Saturday was Chicken Curry time again. Flavorful and Mild is the name of the game due to the wife not enjoying the burn.
All my recipes are kept simple with not too many ingredients. We like to taste the different flavors without too many spices. Fresh Garlic is an ingredient that adds flavor to many dishes, I just don’t enjoy the taste any longer for some reason. Rather use spices containing garlic.

We decided to cook up some Oxtail for lunch on Sunday. This is only my wife and my second attempt, so we decided to keep it simple. The final result was delicious.
We prepared the Oxtail for 7 adults and there was still a little left over. We bought 4 packets of Oxtail at our local Pick n Pay Supermarket, these were about 1KG each, total of 4KG’s.
